Return & Exchange Policy

At WakeMate, we stand behind the quality of our AttachMate product and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your AttachMate, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. 
Returns
  • If you're not satisfied with your AttachMate purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@wakemate.com.au to obtain a return authorisation and shipping instructions. 
  • AttachMate must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. 
Exchanges:  
  • If you received a defective or damaged AttachMate, we will gladly exchange it for a new one within 30 days of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@wakemate.com.au to arrange for a replacement. 
  • AttachMate exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the defective or damaged item. 

    Note:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
  • Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
