These terms and conditions govern your use of the WakeMate website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. 5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. WakeMate reserves the right to modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
