If you're not satisfied with your WakeMate Apex purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@wakemate.com.au to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
WakeMate Apex must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
